  TERMS & CONDITIONS:
   
 
1. Enrolment: Places are secured by payment of a course deposit.
2. Payment: Course fee balance is due a full 6 weeks prior to a course. Charge cards will be automatically debited 6 weeks prior to the booked course unless otherwise instructed in writing.
3. Cancellation: Deposits are not returnable. If you cancel any course less than six weeks before it is due to start fees are not returnable. We reserve the right to cancel a course for whatever reason. In this event you will be advised of vacancies or alternative dates. If you do not wish to book on an alternative date - repayment will be made in full.
4. Allocation: Places on courses are limited so allocation will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Confirmation: We will send you confirmation of your booking on receipt of a deposit. Charge cards will be automatically charged eight weeks prior to the booked course. Approximately two weeks prior to the course start we will send you details of the course programme, travel details and information on anything that you may need to bring.
6. Accommodation: Please remember that board and lodging is not included in the course fee. Please refer to our accommodation list for details. We cannot accept any liability for accommodation bookings.
7. Materials: All courses are inclusive of basic materials. Students may buy additional specialist materials at cost.
8. VAT: Value Added Tax at 17.5 % is due on all fees and is included in the advertised course fee unless otherwise stated.
9. Copyright: All courses are the intellectual property of the artist/tutors and Rabley Contemporary Drawing Centre.

  Class Size: Class sizes are kept to a minimum, usually between 7 - 9 people according to individual courses, for maximum benefit to students, so please book early to avoid dissapointment.
