| Course description: |
Landscape drawing and more with Emma Stibbon. This course takes you out of the studio into the dramatic open spaces of the Wiltshire downs. The aim is to create through drawing a resonse to place and environment. You will work outside with an opportunity to devlop drawings or prints in the studio using direct methods of printmaking - monotype, drypoint or woodcut.

Emma Stibbon's imagery originates from epic journey's to dramatic and extreme landscapes, recently to Antartica and the Alps. Her exhibition ‘Antarctica’ was the subject of her solo exhibition at Rabley Drawing Centre in November 2006. She currently teaches printmaking at Brighton School of Art alongside her studio practice.
