| Course Outline: |
You will be questioning the nature of drawing through a rapid accumulation of imagery exploiting space, viewpoints and conventional and unconventional surfaces from the skip to the library.
With a variety of papers, inks and print methods Sandy will encourage you to climb through into the danger zones where risks can enable surprises and where visual problems are challenged and uniquely resolved.

| About the Tutor: |
Sandy Sykes’ visual language of drawing and printmaking is a combination of the humorous and dark. Her work is in major collections from Japan to the V&A. Sandy was lecturer in drawing and printmaking at Leeds and Norwich School of Art. In 2008 she was nominated for the Sovereign European Art Prize.
